Buttons and Threads is not a consignment store. All merchandise in the store is 100% donated.We accept all clothes and shoes for Women, Men, and children, including household items, and small furniture.

 

Drop Off

All donated merchandise should be bagged and walked into the store during business hours ONLY.

For large donations, or assistance with bringing in the donations inside the store, please give us a call before you plan to visit the store. We would love to assist you.

Donation Receipts

Buttons and Threads do provide receipts for donations. However, we conduct simple record keeping, So, if you need a more detailed or itemized list, we suggest that you do that before you donate. We can attach your list to our donation receipt for your records.

 

Return Policy

Buttons and Threads do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds of merchandise.

Our team takes pride in inspecting every item before it is placed on the sales floor, however there is room for error. Please be sure to examine your items before you purchase them.
